Seasons Nurseries
Small, nature-based nurseries offering high quality childcare in Chichester and Pulborough.
NATURE-BASED CARE THAT FEELS LIKE HOME
Little children struggle in busy, noisy nurseries. Seasons Nurseries are small, nature-based and calm where children thrive in the care of their own dedicated key person, allowing you to return to work guilt-free. Peaceful play for your little one and peace of mind for you.

CHOOSING A SMALL, INDEPENDENT NURSERY LIKE SEASONS MEANS NOT COMPROMISING ON QUALITY
Our indoor and outdoor spaces are enriching and calming. Numbers are low, with a maximum of just twelve children and plenty of inspiring educators on hand to allow 1:1 activities like fire-lighting and cooking to become part of our daily practice.

OUR CURRICULUM IS CHILD -CENTRED AND TAILORED TO EACH CHILD'S INTERESTS
Children at Seasons are engaged, encouraged and thrive. We encourage the quietest children to find their voice and the boldest children to collaborate in a safe and nurturing environment we are proud to call Seasons.

CHILDCARE DOESN'T HAVE TO BE SCARY
When you find the right nursery, you’ll know, because you no longer feel guilty when you have to work because your little one is in the very best hands, learning, growing and thriving.

OUR VISION

“When my first born was about a year old, I began looking at nurseries. I remember meeting uninspiring staff and cluttered, grubby, noisy indoor spaces. I was looking for a calm and gentle space with access to nature and engaging, intelligent educators who really cared about my son. Because I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I started a nursery myself. The one I was looking for. Ten years later, we are still focussed on that simple vision. To provide exceptional care in a gentle and natured-based environment”
Hannah Rosalie, Founder and Director
Parenting is tough at times, with so many options and decisions, the weight of responsibility can feel enormous. As parents, not only do we want the best for our child, but above all we want them to be happy.
Over the last ten years, we have cared for over 300 families, showing that a different approach to childcare is not only possible but essential if we want children to start school confident and capable but most importantly, happy.
We have excellent links with local schools, our 2025 cohort were offered places at:

We also support a growing number of families who have elected to home-educate and remain at Seasons for one or two enrichment sessions a week.

Our forest School practitioners hold a minimum Level 3 FSA qualification

The Aldingbourne Trust support adults with learning disabilities and autism and are proud to support the work of Seasons.
